About Horn Solutions Landscape and Pool Service

Buckhorn sits high on the Highway 88 grade in Amador County, where ponderosa pines run to the horizon and summer afternoons carry the smell of warm bark. Yards up here are mountain yards — pockets of lawn and cleared ground held against the pine duff — and Horn Solutions Landscape and Pool Service keeps them that way, mowing, trimming, and tending the green through the short, bright growing season. Winter can dust the ridge white and spring comes late, so when the grass finally comes on, it comes on fast. The crew stays ahead of it, lot by lot along the highway and down the forest roads. Up here, a kept yard is a pool of open light among the pines, and it is a fine thing to stand in.
