About Serrano turf & landscape

Late in the afternoon the Delta breeze finds its way up over Brentwood, and lawns that spent the day squinting at the sun finally stand back up. Serrano turf & landscape is built around what happens at that root level: aeration to break the grip of East County clay, overseeding into the openings, fertilization timed so the color comes in slow and even. Mowing is done at a height that shades its own soil, and weed control keeps the thin spots from being claimed by something else first. Watching a tired patch of turf knit back into one continuous green is the whole reward. Yards from Brentwood out to Discovery Bay get the same patient treatment, one season's worth at a time.
