Lebec

About Lebec

Late October light in east Contra Costa comes in low and sideways off the hills toward the old coal country northwest of town, and it makes a freshly mowed lawn look like it has been brushed. Lebec chases that finish year-round in Brentwood, keeping grass at an even height, borders cut sharp, and the awkward strips along fences trimmed instead of ignored. Autumn work leans toward cleanup — leaves off the turf, debris cleared after the first real wind — while the growing months are all steady mowing and edging on a dependable cadence. The measure of the job is simple: from the sidewalk, does the yard look finished? That is the question every visit is built to answer.
