Stellar Tree Care

About Stellar Tree Care

Boulder Creek sits where the redwoods close in and the road begins to climb, the San Lorenzo still small enough here to hear from a porch. Stellar Tree Care works these mountain parcels — removal of a fir gone brittle above a cabin, trimming that pulls limbs off a shake roof, pruning that takes out deadwood before the wind finds it first. Steep driveways and pinched turns are the everyday reality, and the craft is bringing a big tree down through a small opening without touching anything else. Winter storms come up the valley one behind another, and storm damage cleanup can be a night's work: a trunk across the road, a saw, headlights, and a way through by morning. The mountain gives back a great deal for that kind of attention.
