About Fredericks Services

In Borrego Springs, green is a deliberate act. Ringed by the badlands and mountains of Anza-Borrego, where ocotillo torches the slopes after rain and the night sky stays dark enough to read by starlight, a watered lawn is a small oasis someone chooses to keep. Fredericks Services does its lawn care in the desert's own rhythm — mowing early, before the heat leans in, edging around date palms while the San Ysidro Mountains still hold their morning shadow. When the wildflower crowds arrive in spring and the sculptures out at Galleta Meadows draw their photographers, the yards in town are already trimmed and standing ready. It is careful work in a hard, beautiful climate, and the result — a cool square of green under all that desert light — is worth every early hour.
