About Randazzo's Management and Property Services LLC
North of town the old Holcomb Valley roads remember when this mountain ran on gold; these days the valuable thing up here is a property that's looked after whether or not anyone's home. Randazzo's Management and Property Services LLC does that looking after — grounds kept, yards cleaned, the small outdoor needs of a cabin or rental handled in every season so the place greets its people well. Property care in snow country is a year-round conversation: needles and brush in summer, leaves and storm-prep in fall, the slow tidy of spring after the melt. They hold up their end of it reliably and without drama. Big Bear City and the communities around the lake are their rounds.
