About Matias Landscaping

By the first warm week of June the lawns around San Pablo Park have hit their stride, growing in the cool nights and holding their color through the bright afternoons. Matias Landscaping runs those South Berkeley blocks on a set rotation, arriving with the mower, the trimmer, and a plan for each yard. Grass is cut at a height that will carry it through the dry stretch, walks are edged, fence lines trimmed, and beds pulled clean of whatever shouldn't be there. Nothing gets skipped for being small — the strip behind the gate, the two feet beside the cans. Every visit ends with the property swept and the truck loaded, and the yard looking exactly like somewhere that is looked after.
