About Hallmark Fine Gardens

Hallmark Fine Gardens works Belmont's quieter garden streets, the ones near Twin Pines Park where big trees keep the shade deep and the lawns feel like rooms. Fine is the word to take seriously in the name: hedges sheared to a level line, lawn borders cut with a blade rather than guessed at, beds groomed until the mulch lies flat. Mowing runs on a rhythm tuned to a growing season that hardly rests, so the grass never gets ahead of the look. Cleanups follow the trees — camellia petals in late winter, oak leaves in fall. The result is a garden that rewards a slow walk through it, which around here is the whole point.
