About Jimmy's Tractor & Tree Service

East of Redding the land tilts up into oak and gray pine, and in Bella Vista the work starts early because by noon the summer sun owns the whole foothill. Jimmy's Tractor & Tree Service takes on the big ones out here — removals in open country where a dead valley oak stands alone in a pasture, trimming that lifts a canopy off a barn roof, pruning done in winter while the sap is down and the far ridges toward Lassen are white. There is real satisfaction in a burn pile that never needed building twice, and in a pasture that looks bigger once a leaning trunk is gone. Storm damage cleanup follows the wet season here: wind out of the northwest, a limb across a fence line, and a crew that shows up to make the fence line a fence line again.
