About A.E.&E. Property Services

Morning in Banning starts with air moving — the west wind slides down the San Gorgonio Pass before the sun clears the ridgeline, and by then the mowers are already out. A.E.&E. Property Services works the lawns of this town in that first cool hour, cutting, edging and trimming while the smell of cut grass still hangs low. Wind here means clippings travel, so the blowing and the haul-away matter as much as the cut itself. There is a plain satisfaction in a strip of turf squared off against a hot sidewalk, holding its green while the chaparral on the slopes goes tan. Lawn care in the Pass is a long conversation with wind, sun and water, and it is one worth having well.
