About Almaraz services

Down toward Lamont and Arvin the evening watering hour is almost ceremonial — the sun off the fields, hoses running, a hundred-and-four dropping to something a person can stand in. Almaraz services builds around that rhythm, cutting lawns before the worst of the afternoon and adjusting sprinklers so water lands on grass instead of pavement. In a valley this dry, a green lawn is a small act of stubbornness, and keeping one alive takes attention rather than luck. The crew handles the mowing, edging and trimming that make the effort visible. Nothing fancy in the method; the results do the talking.
