Coastline Land Management

About Coastline Land Management

West of Atascadero the Santa Lucia Range stacks up ridge behind ridge, and when a winter storm comes over it the rain arrives sideways and the grass answers within days. Coastline Land Management works that green stretch of the year, mowing lawns that grow fast between showers and cutting borders back before they blur into the beds. Trimming, edging, hauling the wet cuttings away — unglamorous, and exactly what keeps a yard from getting ahead of its owner. February here can look like a different county, lush and dark and briefly generous. Keeping up with it is the job, and the finished line along a walkway is the proof.
