About A & S Maintenance & Landscaping

The swinging bridge sways a little when the first walkers cross it, and by then a mower is already running somewhere up Bridge Street. A & S Maintenance & Landscaping keeps lawns in the Village and the blocks around it — mowing, edging, trimming, and hauling the clippings away before the fog lifts off the creek. Arroyo Grande Creek runs cool under the sycamores here, and the grass on either side of it wants a steady hand more than a heavy one. There is real satisfaction in a lawn cut level, its border cut clean against the sidewalk, the walk swept so nothing is left but green. That is the whole idea: come, do it right, leave the place looking like nobody worked there at all.
