Red Cap Lawn Service

About Red Cap Lawn Service

There is an hour on a summer evening in Armona when the heat finally lets go of the valley and a freshly mowed lawn smells like a reward. Red Cap Lawn Service works toward that hour — cutting, trimming, and cleaning up yards across town so that when people come home from Hanford or the fields, their own square of green is the easiest thing they look at all day. On the clearest days you can see the Sierra floating on the eastern horizon; most days the view is closer, and a clean yard is the part of it you own. The work is unglamorous and exact: straight lines, crisp corners, clippings hauled away. Done weekly, it turns a house into the kept kind.
