Buttars Yard Service (Inc.)

About Buttars Yard Service (Inc.)

In late winter the almond orchards around Arbuckle bloom white to the horizon, and for a few weeks this stretch of the Sacramento Valley looks like it is dusted with snow that never fell. The rest of the year belongs to flat farm light, hot summers, and the tule fog that settles in around the holidays. Buttars Yard Service (Inc.) works the town's yards through all of it — mowing, trimming, and cleaning up properties so they hold their shape whether the valley is blooming, baking, or fogged in to the fence posts. In a farm town, people can read a well-kept yard the way they read a well-kept field. Keeping them that way is steady, honest work, and it shows from the road.
