Angwin sits high on Howell Mountain, above the fog line — on many mornings the Napa Valley below is a white sea and the town floats over it in clear sun. Autumn Skies Landscapes takes its name from the mountain's finest hour, when the vineyards down-valley turn rust and gold and the light up here goes long and low through the pines. The work is landscaping and grounds care fitted to this altitude: lawns kept trim in the mountain air, beds shaped among madrone and fir, cleanups that stay ahead of what the forest drops.
