Roe Property Services

About Roe Property Services

A route has its own logic: the same streets in the same order, week after week, from Anderson up through Redding and out toward Shasta Lake. Roe Property Services runs it — mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing walks and drives, hedge and shrub trimming, bed weeding and green waste removal. Occupied homes, rentals between tenants and small commercial lots all get the same pass, because the street cannot tell the difference anyway. This valley grows grass most of the year, and a schedule that holds through the July heat is worth more than any one spectacular visit. Everything looks the same on Friday as it did the Friday before, which is exactly the goal.
