TipTop Alamitos

About TipTop Alamitos

TipTop Alamitos starts early, when the marine air still sits cool over Rossmoor and the first light comes flat and silver up the streets. The name sets the bar: tip-top means the lawn is level, the edge along the curb is exact, the hedge line is straight, and not a clipping is left on the walk. It is detail work, block by block, in a community where front yards face each other across quiet streets and everyone can see everyone's grass. By the time the sun clears the rooftops and the day warms toward its beach-town afternoon, the yards on the morning route are finished — squared, swept, and, true to the name, tip-top.
