About Arturo Landscaping Services

West Anaheim runs flat and wide out toward Beach Boulevard, block after block of postwar yards with room for a lawn, a citrus tree and not much else. Arturo Landscaping Services works those blocks — cutting, edging, trimming back the hedges, pulling weeds before they set seed, and clearing the clippings so nothing is left behind but the smell of them. Late afternoon is the good hour here; the light comes in low off the coast and lies flat across the grass so every mow line shows. Near Twila Reid Park the lots are small enough that the difference between tidy and untended is obvious from the street. Getting a modest lawn exactly right is its own kind of work, and it is the work this company keeps showing up for.
