About Yepez Services

Evening on Altadena Drive smells like cut grass and somebody's orange tree, and the heat finally lifts off the pavement around seven. Yepez Services tends the yards that make that smell — lawns mowed, edges run clean along the walk, shrubs trimmed, beds weeded, clippings gone before the gate closes. Plenty of homes up here still hold an avocado or a citrus out back from decades of people planting what would feed them, and keeping the ground beneath them clear is part of the round. A yard handled every week never has a bad month. Come the weekend it is simply ready to be used.
