About Mott Restoration Landscape Company

Millard Canyon runs cold and green well into spring, and something in that water gets into how people up here think about a yard: it can come back. Mott Restoration Landscape Company takes on Altadena grounds that have gotten away from their owners — overgrown turf brought down to an even cut, edges redrawn along the walks, beds weeded and reclaimed, shrubs trimmed to shape, the whole pile carried off in one load. The first visit is the hard one; after that it becomes upkeep, and upkeep is where a property starts to look intentional again. These foothills give a short, generous window of growth each spring. Used well, that window sets the tone for the rest of the year.
