About APS Adin Property Services

Adin sits in Big Valley at more than four thousand feet, a ranching town in Modoc County where juniper and sagebrush roll up the surrounding hills and the morning air keeps its chill well into June. APS Adin Property Services looks after properties here, mowing lawns and keeping grounds in good order through the region's short, bright growing season. Out on the meadows the hay stands tall by midsummer, and a well-kept yard in town echoes that same tidy abundance. Every mild hour counts at this elevation, so the work is about making the green months shine. When evening light slants gold across the valley, a freshly mowed lawn holds it beautifully.
