New Roots Lawn Care

About New Roots Lawn Care

Yuma ground gives nothing away for free — caliche a few inches down, sand on top, and a river that made this whole valley possible in the first place. New Roots Lawn Care works with that arrangement instead of against it, mowing, edging and feeding until a yard holds its green straight through a mild February morning. There is a specific satisfaction in the first cut of a lawn that has finally taken hold: the mower lays down one straight seam, the line along the walk comes out clean, and the place suddenly looks lived in on purpose. Cleanups haul off whatever the wind has been depositing since the last visit, and trimming keeps the shrubs off the path where people actually walk. From the neighborhoods near West Wetlands Park out to Somerton and the Fortuna Foothills, this is work you can see from the street.
