About Borderland Property Services LLC

South of Yuma the valley flattens out and keeps going — Somerton, Gadsden, San Luis, the fields running right up to the last street and the line beyond it. Borderland Property Services LLC works that whole stretch of ground, mowing lawns, trimming and edging, clearing lots of weeds and windblown trash, and hauling the debris off so a property stops looking abandoned. Rentals, small commercial frontages, homes with a strip of grass and a lot of pride in it: we take them all on a schedule you can set a calendar by. The wind comes across those fields in the afternoon and puts sand on everything, so we blow down the walks last, on the way out. It is straightforward, useful work, and this corner of Arizona has never had much patience for anything else.
