Beautify Your Yard

About Beautify Your Yard

There is a moment at the end of a job — mower loaded, blower finally quiet — when the light comes in low across Valencia West and every edge cut that day shows itself. Cat Mountain goes copper, the shadows stretch out from under the mesquites, and the line where turf gives way to gravel looks drawn with a straightedge. Beautify Your Yard chases exactly that moment: mowing and edging, string trimming along walls and posts, hedges and shrubs shaped, seasonal cleanups, clippings carried away so nothing is left but the shape of the work. The evenings after the heat lets go for the year are kindest for it, when the whole west side seems to exhale at once. A yard that looks cared for tells the street something true about the house.
