Spring near Fort Lowell Park is a two-week miracle — palo verdes going yellow all at once, then dropping every bit of it onto the lawns below. T & T Landscaping runs a weekly route straight through it: mow, edge, trim, blow the walks, rake the beds, load the trailer. Shrubs are shaped in the same pass so nothing grows into the fence line. The rhythm is the whole point, because a Tucson yard on a schedule never has a bad week. By May the grass is even, the beds are clear, and April's mess is a memory.
