About Screws Loose Services LLC

A Tucson monsoon can undo a yard in twenty minutes — fronds down, gravel washed across the drive, a mesquite leaning the wrong way. Screws Loose Services LLC turns up afterward, out toward Vail and the Colossal Cave road, and puts the place back together: debris hauled, beds re-raked, grass mowed and edged, shrubs trimmed of whatever the wind broke. August work starts before sunup, while the ground has not yet given back its heat. There is a particular satisfaction in a yard that looked wrecked at breakfast and looks deliberate by noon. Then the next cloud builds over the Rincons and the sky does the whole thing again.
