About Luis Landscapes

Morning in Barrio Viejo comes over adobe walls that held last night's cool as long as they could, and the mesquites along the side streets throw the first honest shade of the day. Luis Landscapes works those south-side yards and the ones out past them — mowing, edging, trimming, hedge and shrub work, gravel raking, and cleanups that end with the sidewalk swept. Yards down here are small, hard-used and visible from the street corner to corner, which makes the finish matter more rather than less. Cut it, edge it, sweep it, and the whole block picks up a little. Work started early gets the good hours all to itself.
