About K&A Landscaping and Dirtworks Inc.

Grade comes first. Before a lot south of Valencia can hold gravel or grass, the ground has to be persuaded to send water somewhere useful, because when the storms arrive here they arrive all at once. K&A Landscaping and Dirtworks Inc. does that shaping — grading and dirt work, drainage swales, gravel and granite spread and leveled — and then keeps the finished yard mowed, trimmed and cleaned up after. Flat land is deceptive: a quarter inch of fall across sixty feet is the difference between a puddle at the door and a dry slab. Watching the first rain run exactly where you sent it never gets old.
