About First Option Landscape

On the north edge of Surprise the pavement simply stops and open desert takes over, and the newest neighborhoods sit right on that seam. Fresh sod out there has to learn to live beside creosote and caliche, and it does — with regular mowing, an edge cut in along young concrete, feeding through the growing months, and weeds kept out while the turf knits together. First Option Landscape works those blocks and the older ones nearer town on the same schedule. Trimming, cleanups and a swept drive close out every stop. A first lawn cut properly in its first year tends to stay a good lawn for a long while after.
