About C&F Builders LLC

Spring Valley sits high in the junipers with the Bradshaw Mountains standing off to the west, and the nights here cool down in a way the desert below never manages. C&F Builders LLC handles the mowing, the trimming and the hauling-out on lots that can run large, where the boundary between kept and wild is a line somebody has to draw. Autumn brings gold to the cottonwoods along the Agua Fria and a steady fall of juniper litter into every yard, and clearing it out before the first hard freeze is time well spent. Grass at this elevation grows in a short, honest window, and making the most of that window is the whole trick. Spring Valley, Mayer, Cordes Lakes and Dewey-Humboldt are within range.
