By May the ocotillo lights red at the tip of every wand and the Bermuda finally agrees to green up. Oscar Landscaping meets that turn with the first strong cuts of the year — height brought down gradually, edges reopened along walks and drives, the winter's litter cleared off so new growth gets clean sun. Watching a tan yard turn solid green under a steady mowing cycle is one of the better parts of this work.
