Baker's Tree and Landscaping

About Baker's Tree and Landscaping

Under an old mesquite the grass grows thin, the pods drop all through November, and that one patch decides whether a yard looks kept. Baker's Tree and Landscaping does its close work right there — mowing in tight beneath the canopy, trimming clean around trunks, raking the drop off the turf so the grass underneath gets its light back. The open part of a lawn is straightforward; the shade is where the real handwork lives. Sierra Vista afternoons come down through those branches in pieces, and a well-tended patch of shade grass is one of the better places to sit in this town. Every visit ends with the debris gone and the ground swept.
