About Adventure Pest and Wildlife (Sutton Weed and Pest)

An August monsoon cell can sit over Show Low for twenty minutes and rewrite what grows here for the next month. Adventure Pest and Wildlife works the days right after, walking fence lines and gravel margins while the cinder is still dark with rain and the weeds are young enough to take a treatment. Lawns get the same attention — mowed, fed, and kept clear of the thistle and puncturevine that drift in off the open country east of town. It is bent-over work, and the payoff arrives three weeks later in a yard that held the shape its owner wanted. By September the grass runs even to the edges and the borders read straight, which is the entire ambition.
