Come July, the evenings out on the creosote flats east of town smell like rain a full hour before any falls. Cool Trimmings works around that monsoon clock in San Tan Valley, mowing early, edging clean, trimming the fence lines, and blowing the blown-in grit off patios and drives once a storm has moved through. Bermuda loves this heat and pushes hard all summer, so a week is exactly as long as a lawn should go untouched. The payoff is a yard that reads well at dusk, when everybody finally comes back outside. Nothing fancy in that, only done, and done again on schedule.
