About Cultiva LLC

The valley waits all June, and then in July the monsoon arrives from the south in towers of cloud and the whole desert smells like creosote and wet stone. Cultiva LLC works with what that water starts — lawn care, planting, bed work and the steady maintenance that keeps a yard from running wild once the rain wakes it up. Growing anything in Rincon Valley means understanding the ground first, the caliche under the topsoil, the way a storm can drop an inch in twenty minutes and take half a bed with it. Done right, a yard here comes out of August greener and better held together than it went in. That is the whole aim: soil that stays, plants that take, a lawn that looks like it belongs where it is.
