About Arc Property Services

In July the sky over the White Mountains builds all morning and then lets go — twenty loud minutes of monsoon rain, and by evening the grass has put on an inch it did not have at breakfast. Arc Property Services keeps pace with that surge, mowing on the rhythm summer sets and cutting back the growth that crowds fences, decks and cabin steps. Near Rainbow Lake the air stays cool and damp beneath the pines, so lawns in Pinetop-Lakeside hold their color into September while the low desert bakes. The satisfaction is in the after: an even cut, the borders run straight, the paths blown clear, the yard handed back in order. Come autumn the same route turns to cleanups, clearing away the fallen needles and leaves before the first hard freeze.
