About G&S Landscaping

Quail cross Jackrabbit Trail at dawn in one hurried line, and the desert is loud with them long before anybody's sprinklers come on. G&S Landscaping favors that hour for the same reason the birds do — the air is cool, the light comes sideways, and a mower does its best cutting in it. Around Buckeye the work runs from lawn to gravel and back: cutting and edging the grass, trimming whatever crowds the walkways, tidying the rock beds, and clearing the debris that collects along the block walls. Yards out here sit against a lot of open country, and open country is forever trying to move in. Holding that line — a green rectangle, a raked border, a driveway with nothing on it — is honest and visible work.
