About Coy Landscaping & Mntce Inc

January is the trade Phoenix offers back for August: seventy degrees at noon, the light long and gold across Shaw Butte, the bermuda gone dormant and the rye coming up green. Coy Landscaping & Mntce Inc works the Sunnyslope and north-central yards under North Mountain, mowing, edging, trimming and pulling yard debris on a steady rhythm all year. Winter is the season people here actually sit outside, so the lawn had better be worth sitting on. The measure is simple — a level cut, a true line where grass meets gravel, nothing left behind but the smell of it. Same care every visit, whether the peak above is hazy with heat or cut sharp against a cold blue sky.
