About MTS - Bobcat & Landscaping Services

Parks stands in tall timber along the old highway between Williams and Flagstaff, with the San Francisco Peaks white to the northeast well into spring. MTS - Bobcat & Landscaping Services mows, trims and clears yards through the mountain summer, when the cinder ground drains fast and the grass takes its cue from the July rains. Properties out here run wide and wooded, so much of the work is drawing a clear line between the kept part of a place and the forest that would happily take it back. Needles, cones and windfall come with the territory, and carting them out leaves a yard looking open and clear. On a September afternoon at seven thousand feet, mowing done and the air already sharp, the job speaks for itself.
