About SaddleBrooke Ranch

Oracle sits on the north slope of the Santa Catalinas at four and a half thousand feet, high enough for oak and manzanita and for the heat to break several degrees cooler than the valley below. SaddleBrooke Ranch keeps lawns in that upland air — mowing on a set round, edging walks and drives, trimming along walls, rock and fence line. A wet winter turns into a spring rush of growth and weeds, and both get taken down before anything sets seed. Cleanups clear leaf litter, oak drop and windblown debris out of beds and gravel. With the San Pedro Valley opening away to the east and Mount Lemmon standing over the whole town, a well-cut yard is a small and decent thing to add to the view.
