Clean Green Turf Company

About Clean Green Turf Company

Long before Mesa had streets, the Hohokam dug canals here to carry the Salt River across the desert, and the city's waterways still trace some of those ancient routes. In older neighbourhoods irrigation day still means canal water spreading in a shining sheet across a level lawn, and the grass grows thick for it. Clean Green Turf Company keeps that turf in hand, mowing, edging and trimming so the green stays clean at its margins instead of spilling over walks and beds. Between flood days the grass surges and then steadies, and a regular cut keeps it from getting ahead of the yard. There is a quiet pleasure in seeing water glint on a lawn at sunrise with the cut lines still crisp beneath it.
