Grapevine Mesa outside Meadview holds one of the great Joshua tree stands anywhere, thousands of them with their arms out in every direction, and morning light on them is worth getting up for. GreenView Landscape works those early hours, mowing and trimming the yards up on the mesa while the air is still cool and the whole plateau is quiet. Cuts go even, edges get squared where lawn meets gravel, and the concrete is cleared before the truck moves on. Green in this country is a deliberate act, tended weekly, and it repays the effort with a view nobody can crowd. Meadview is a small place, and a well-kept yard gets noticed.
