About Castillo Landscaping

The old smelter stack still stands over Mayer, brick and stubborn, a marker you can steer by from the highway. Castillo Landscaping works the yards below it, mowing in the long amber part of the evening when the heat lets go and the swallows come out. The mower goes level, the trimmer follows the fence and the posts, and the walks get cleared before dark. There is a settled feeling to a town that keeps its lawns, and a settled feeling to the last pass of the day. Mayer wears tidy well.
