Sam Craig Lawn, Sprinklers, and Leaks

About Sam Craig Lawn, Sprinklers, and Leaks

Water has always been the story of this land: the Gila and the Salt meet near Maricopa Colony, and the fields around it live on what the canals carry. Sam Craig Lawn, Sprinklers, and Leaks brings that same regard for water into the yard, mowing and trimming the lawn and, as the name says, tending sprinklers and tracking down leaks so every drop lands where it should. A cracked head or a slow drip hides easily under a desert sun and shows up later as a brown patch or a soggy corner. Summer is the real test, when lawns drink hard and every zone has to carry its share. Set right, a system ticks quietly through the small hours, and the grass answers with an even, steady green.
