Angelo's Mow & Go

About Angelo's Mow & Go

First light reaches the Estrella Mountains before it touches the fields of Maricopa Colony, and that cool, rosy half hour is a fine time to start a mower. Angelo's Mow & Go says it plainly in the name: a quick, clean cut, edges trimmed, clippings blown off the walks and the yard left neat before the heat comes on. This part of the Gila River Indian Community lies near where the Salt River meets the Gila, flat and wide open, with alfalfa green under the sky and mountains on the horizon. Summer mornings here are short on mercy, so speed matters as much as care. Done right, a quick visit leaves a yard looking sharp all week against the dust and sun.
