About Genuine Property Care LLC

Around three o'clock on a July afternoon, the clouds that have been stacking over the ridgelines all day finally break over Kleindale, and the whole neighborhood fills with the smell of rain on creosote. Genuine Property Care LLC looks after properties through this wild, wet half of summer, when one storm can drop limbs, wash gravel into the street and wake every sleeping weed at once. The morning after belongs to the cleanup, and it is absorbing, hands-on work: debris cleared, beds raked back, lawns cut and edges trimmed. Monsoon season is when a yard shows whether anyone is minding it. Walk past one in their care on a steamy August evening and the answer is plain.
