Sweet Pete's Landscaping & Maintenance

About Sweet Pete's Landscaping & Maintenance

By two o'clock in July the sky over Kingman stacks itself into towers and the whole town starts watching the west. Then the rain arrives all at once, the washes run brown, the creosote lets go that smell everyone here knows, and the grass shoots up like it has somewhere to be. That is the week Sweet Pete's Landscaping & Maintenance earns its keep — mowing back the sudden growth, trimming the fence lines, clearing the storm litter off the turf before it mats. Monsoon or dry spell, the routine holds: cut, edge, tidy, move on. A yard that stays kept through an Arizona summer is not luck, and the crew that keeps it knows the difference.
