About Landscape Concepts and Maintenance llc

A new house on Kingman's east side begins as a rectangle of bare dirt and a great deal of imagination. Landscape Concepts and Maintenance LLC turns that into a yard — laying out beds and borders, setting gravel and plantings, then keeping the whole thing mowed, edged, trimmed and weeded while it fills in. The first year is the interesting one; the fifth is the one that proves the plan. Work runs through the long growing season and on into the cool months, when cutbacks and cleanups set up the spring. Watching a blank lot become somewhere people sit outside in the evening never really gets old.
