About "THE CACTUS KID" Xeriscape Solutions

Spring in Holbrook arrives on the wind — long dusty afternoons, the Painted Desert going pink and lavender out toward the park, and Route 66 running straight through town with the wigwams still lined up along it. Water is the whole argument in this country, which makes a lawn something earned rather than assumed. THE CACTUS KID Xeriscape Solutions mows and edges what grass is here, trims tight to the gravel borders, and clears the cut off the ground. A small green patch framed by stone and high desert has more presence than an acre of it somewhere wetter. That contrast is the point, and holding it sharp is the craft.
